Dependable Delivery occasionally needs to add an associate to our team. Most of our associates are independent contractors that utilize their personally owned vehicles, although we do employ a small number of employee drivers that use company vehicles as well. Independent Contractor (1099) Application

  • Drive your personally owned vehicle.
  • Flexible hours, but the more you are available, the more you make.
  • F Endorsement recommended
  • $30 / week deduction for Accident & Occupational Insurance is required if you do not have your own policy in place
  • One time $41 deduction for TSA mandated background check (good for 5 years)
  • Compensation is a straight commission on deliveries, which varies based on your vehicle type and MVR, ranging between 58-64% of our charges to the customer

Employee (W2) Application

  • Full time position. 32-54 hours per week.
  • No More than one incident on your 3-year MVR
  • Drive Company Owned Vehicles (COVs) ranging from minivan up to 12’ Boxtruck.
  • Must have F-Endorsement or obtain within 30 days of being hired.
  • Some heavy lifting required.
  • Company paid health insurance after 30 days (employee only, coverage for dependents available with payroll deduction).
  • Compensation is an hourly rate plus a commission on deliveries.
